Terrible first experience ordering with…

Terrible first experience ordering with this company. It’s been 2 weeks, my credit card has been charged, and my order has not shipped. I got some boxed response about a logistics software issue which is not my problem, if you can’t ship it don’t charge for it! Customer service does not respond and the one time they did I got the same boxed response. What a scam, I will end up having the charges reversed on my credit card, over $400 CAD.

The Glossier You perfume has a…

The Glossier You perfume has a longevity of 7-8 hours and smells great. My partner also likes the smell. Affordable price at £45 for a 50mL bottle. Shipping was timely and I received my order 2 days after I placed the order to my address in the U.K.

Great products and range

Lovely products and a good range of colours to choose from. Quick delivery too and well packaged. The cloud paint blush is particularly good and lasts for ages.

Not Trustworthy

Decided to try a Glossier makeup remover after reading the great reviews. Have never ordered their products before & thought it was a good deal to just order straight from their Glossier.com website. I bought two makeup removers & added an $18 lash stick to qualify for free shipping. Received my box in the mail of which all three items were supposed to be in & no lash stick. Here's where my frustration lies: they have no customer service phone number whatsoever, only email. Seriously; try to find one. Google can give you some recorded message line that's only for people in California that can leave a message for some other program, but that's it. I emailed and haven't heard back, so to say I don't trust the Glossier company or website would be a huge understatement. **Edit: they have reached out to say they're putting a replacement in the mail. Will edit this review if received.

No Trust in This Company

Amazing customer service

Everyone knows that Glossier products are wonderful quality, I don’t need to say any more about that, it goes without saying.
I had occasion to contact their customer service department last week when the foundation and concealer that I’d ordered were too dark on arrival. I asked about returns/refunds - they answered in a very timely manner, asking what shade I would like to try - which they then went on to send, free of charge, and said that I could keep the originals, so I’ll be able to give them away as a present to one of my friends who they would suit.
I cannot stress enough how good they were from beginning to end, polite, friendly, nothing too much trouble. This is very refreshing in a world where the answer is usually ‘no’. So many places don’t even provide an email address, or if they do, they contact you going forward from no-reply ones.
Tell everyone you know about this amazing company, it’ll be worth it.

Best customer service

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this brand. Makeup is beautiful and great quality. The one time I requested a refund for an item I didn't like as much, the team emailed me back within a few hours and refunded the money to my account and told me to keep the product. Amazing customer service.

Love the products and the packaging…

Love the products and the packaging options. Reasonably priced and the bundles offer even better value. I love the cloud tint for cheeks and the super bounce. I also love the discount codes that appear every now and again’

There are six shades of cloud paint (blush), six shades of sheer matte lipstick, six shades of lidstar, three shades of highlighter, and 5 shades of both concealer and skin tint.

There is not a wide range of colors in the products from Glossier. They have very specialized products that can work with most skintones.
